If we are talking about song we are ashamed of

Art Grafunkel - All I know

Damn you, don't ever be ashamed of listening to Art Garfunkel!

I'm really stuck on Japanese songs at the moment.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-LMnXxNdclg this guy raps about stuff that actually means something and doesn't just say stuff to say it. He proves a point and that song in the link is one of his most lyrically genius songs ever.

Quite enjoying Laura Marling at the moment. A young English folk singer-songwriter with excellent lyrics and wonderful singing, with quite an impressive vocal range and control. She also has close ties with Mumford & Sons and Noah and the Whale. Apparently her talent in songwriting (and singing) caused the recent upsurge in popularity of folk music.

Volbeat-I'm so lonesome I could cry. I love Hank Williams naturally, but I like this rendition also. :D

Mary Poppins: Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious (Death metal version)

I think I've linked Andy Rehfeldt before but this guy is amazing. He takes songs and puts them onto their opposite genres, like smooth jazz Metallica or Radio Disney Slipknot... or in this case, death metal Mary Poppins. ^_^
